When I grow up...

One of my earliest childhood memories was being told that I was a dreamer and I needed to pull my head out of the clouds. After all, very few people travel through their journey in life to become what they have always wanted to be...right? Well, I believe that the moment we lose sight of our dreams is the very moment when a part of our spirit dies with that particular dream. My belief, is that God gave us these moments in life to experience our greatest dreams and allow our souls to magnify our light to shine on those things that bring us joy. If your dream is to be the greatest athlete, then don't allow anyone else's fear to silence your dream. If you have always desired to be a poet, then write your story word for word and allow your light to grow with each creative verse. Give yourself permission to look within your own soul and discover what you yearned for when you looked into the mirror as a little girl, and said, "when I grow up, I want to be..."
